IGA Supermarkets and IPC sign an agreement

June 15, 2004 – IPC announces that it is now offering its Dual base Online Photo Upload services to IGA Supermarkets in Québec, Canada via the photofinishing services of Option Photo Inc. a wholesale photofinisher based in Laval, Québec. The application offered in English and French is already on the IGA web site.

IPC offers its client/partners co-branded online photo transfer applications enabling them to offer their consumers the ability to upload, edit and order digital photos over the web. Online photos are printed at the client/partner’s chosen photo-lab or particular photo store equipped with a digital lab.

IGA Supermarkets in Québec offered Online Photo Upload services to their consumers since 2003 with another supplier. Once the IPC Dual base technology was implemented sales more than doubled due to the ease of use and fast transfer times. With The addition of a reliable online digital photo service has also increased the number of visits to the IGA Québec Website. With over 200 locations IGA consumers will be able to upload their prints and receive them at the store of their choice.
