IPC Communication to provide co-branded online photofinishing services to Ultramar

Montreal, May 31, 2005 – IPC Communication and Ultramar have agreed to provide IPC private branded online photo Applications to Ultramar customers via the Ultramar retail network and website.

Ultramar is one of the largest distributors of petroleum products and services in Eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. It operates over 1,047 stations and more than 200 Corner Stores. Ultramar is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.

Customers of Ultramar will be able to purchase Photo prepaid cards online and at retail locations and order prints online. Option Photo in Laval, Quebec, will fulfill photofinishing to Central and Eastern Canadian customers.
